• Have Smart Goals: Know exactly what you are trying to accomplish on a daily, weekly and longer-term basis.

• Prioritize Tasks: Do some important tasks earlier in the day, use a prioritization technique, or perhaps just do three "big tasks" for the day.
• Be Smart with Your Time: Use time blocking, the Pomodoro Method (25 minutes on...5-minute break), or establish real deadlines for yourself.

• Stop Distractions: Turn off notifications, if not necessary; create a quiet area to work, and do not switch between tasks. Do one task at a time (deep work).
